How it Works?

1. Visit our catalog
   The Soul of India collection is available for every type of customer. Please view our online catalogue with unique and quality crafted products from India. All are designed by our own R&D department
2. Place your order
   Consumers can order directly online as long as products are on stock in our warehouse in Holland. Retailers and wholesalers can send a mail with their requirements to contact@thesoulofindia.com
3. Personal contact
   We will contact retailers en wholesalers personal to provide all the required information to make them feel comfortable doing trade with The Soul of India. 
4. Process your order
   After we have received the money on our bank account we will process the order. For retailers and wholesalers this means a 50% advange payment of the total invoice of the bulk order.
5. Deliver products
   Consumers who placed an order online will get the product delivered within two weeks time to their given address.
   Retailers and wholesalers get delivered once their order is produced and ready for transport. After receiving a copy of all the original documents by e-mail, the rest of the invoice value has to be paid. The delivery time depend of the production time needed for the products which are ordered and the way of transport we agreed. In general this takes about three or four months time.
