Prices and VAT
The prices which you will find on this site are consumer prices excluding VAT and shipping costs. The shipping costs which are used are the shipping costs of the transporter and will depend on the total weight of the shipment and the country of delivery.

The VAT for customers in countries within the European Union will be 19% sales tax. All customers living in countries outside the EU don't pay VAT but have to pay a certain import tax. The import tax depends on the type of product and the country of delivery. For more info you can contact the custom service in your country.

Delivery
Sending the products will take place within 2 weeks after the order is confirmed by us and the total amount of money has reached the account of The Soul of India. Delivery time depends of the type of transport and the country of delivery. When there are any delays in the delivery because of unexpected reasons, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Keep in mind that the delivered products can differ a little bit from the image on this site. Most of the time this difference can be ignored and depends on the type of product. As stated before, these are handmade products so a 100% copy is practically impossible.

Warranty
When the delivered product doesn't satisfy you or there is material damage, we have to be notified of this within 8 days after receiving the product. This can be done by e-mail. In case of a timely reported and justified complaint we will replace the product when this is damaged and when it can be repaired we will do this in a reasonably amount of time. When you are not satisfied at all, there is the possibility to cancel the order. This is only possible in good consultation with us. The buyer will pay the costs of return delivery, this applies to repairs and cancellations.
