We’ll send you a special log in code which is needed to open our special catalog. The catalog shows all the products which can be ordered in bulk and give you special prices. It’s a more convenient way for buyers to go through the whole collection offered by The Soul of India.

After we have received your form and have checked your VAT and registration number we will send you a mail to confirm you can log in directly with your email address and own password.

Warranty
When the delivered product doesn't satisfy you or there is material damage, we have to be notified of this within 8 days after receiving the product. This can be done by e-mail. In case of a timely reported and justified complaint we will replace the product when this is damaged and when it can be repaired we will do this in a reasonably amount of time. When you are not satisfied at all, there is the possibility to cancel the order. This is only possible in good consultation with us. The buyer will pay the costs of return delivery, this applies to repairs and cancellations.
